OUR CONCRETE FLOORING OPTIONS IN PORTSMOUTH

At CFS, our experience has lead us to become experts across many concrete flooring fields. While we do have a default list of our most popular services, we can attend to the demands of our clients. So, if you find that the below services do not fit in with your requirements, this won’t be a problem. Below is our list of bespoke concrete flooring options:

USES FOR CONCRETE FLOORING

INDUSTRIAL CONCRETE FLOORING

Industrial concrete flooring is arguably the most common service we offer. It is primarily used in industrial areas, such as car parks, city pavements and anywhere that constantly withstands abuse (walking, driving, etc). Industrial concrete flooring can be built on grade, or can be suspended, depending on the structure.

COMMERCIAL CONCRETE FLOORING

Commercial concrete isn’t too dissimilar to industrial concrete, in that they’re both used in similar areas. Commercial only differs as it can be used to add a more ‘professional’ finish to a facility. Commercial concrete flooring is commonly seen in car parks, warehouses and even restaurants.

RESIDENTIAL & DOMESTIC CONCRETE FLOORING

Residential and domestic concrete flooring is becoming more popular due to its creative edge. We use residential and domestic concrete ranging from both plain and coloured finishes, all of which are sure to meet your flooring solution requirements.

WHAT WE OFFER

POLISHED CONCRETE

Polished concrete is another popular choice of ours, namely because of its glossy finish. If you’re looking for a professional finish that stands the test of time, CFS’ polished concrete floors are definitely the choice for you.

COMPOSITE METAL DECKING

Composite metal flooring has recently become the most common choice of concrete flooring in new office builds and retail sites. The slabs are very easy to deliver and slot into position, the job is swift and efficient, meaning the labour itself won’t take long.

FLOORING DESIGN SERVICES

We are able to offer design solutions for both ground bearing slabs and ground slabs supported on piles using traditional wire mesh reinforcement. Alternatively, or using fibre reinforcement. Our designs are in accordance with The Concrete Society’s Technical Report 34 which has become the industry standard for concrete industrial ground floors.
